I downloaded to my phone, but when I get in, it appears an error message. Allows me to alwaysonc MMO's I can't otherwise play. I know I purchased it because I received an identification confirmation e-mail and now there's an AllwaysOnPC icon on my phone. It took weeks to get email information.

Blatantly obvious, can't-get-it-wrong-if-I-wanted-to terms of service make for a much more comfortable purchasing experience.
Never was able to get them to understand I got billed twice. I only needed to be able to edit my website to be happy, and I am!! Registration required for use and confirmation of email.
